Customers may request cancellation of an order within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been processed for production or shipment.
Once production or shipment begins, cancellations are not permitted.
Orders for custom fabrics, garments, or private-label products are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Refunds:
The order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation window.
Products are found defective, damaged, or not in accordance with agreed specifications.
Shipment is lost in transit (subject to logistics partner’s confirmation).
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days after approval.
Exchange or credit notes may be offered in place of refunds, depending on buyer preference.
Returns:
We do not accept returns once goods are shipped, unless:
The products delivered are materially defective or different from the purchase order specifications.
Return requests are raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic or documentary proof.
Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition, in original packaging, at the buyer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items:
Custom-made or private-label garments.
Fabrics dyed, printed, or finished as per buyer’s specifications.
Special orders with unique sizing, labeling, or branding.
Clearance or discounted lots.
Force Majeure:
Refunds or cancellations will not apply in cases of delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
