Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers may request cancellation of an order within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been processed for production or shipment.
  • Once production or shipment begins, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Orders for custom fabrics, garments, or private-label products are non-cancellable once confirmed.

Refunds:

  • The order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation window.
  • Products are found defective, damaged, or not in accordance with agreed specifications.
  • Shipment is lost in transit (subject to logistics partner’s confirmation).
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • Exchange or credit notes may be offered in place of refunds, depending on buyer preference.

Returns:

We do not accept returns once goods are shipped, unless:

  • The products delivered are materially defective or different from the purchase order specifications.
  • Return requests are raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic or documentary proof.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition, in original packaging, at the buyer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Custom-made or private-label garments.
  • Fabrics dyed, printed, or finished as per buyer’s specifications.
  • Special orders with unique sizing, labeling, or branding.
  • Clearance or discounted lots.

Force Majeure:

  • Refunds or cancellations will not apply in cases of delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
